• Call scheduling: your name, email address, company name (optional), the service and preferred call length, and the date, time, and timezone you select.
• Standard technical logs generated by our hosting provider (e.g. IP address, browser type, request timestamps) for security and abuse prevention. We do not currently run any analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts on this site.

We do not collect payment information on this website — engagements are invoiced separately once scoped.

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss the engagement you asked about.
• To hold your requested call slot and avoid double-booking it.
• To send you a confirmation of your message or booking request.
• To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up appropriately.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party, for any reason.

We use a small number of service providers to operate this website, each acting on our instructions:

• Resend — to deliver notification and confirmation emails.
• Supabase — to store call-booking records so the scheduler shows accurate availability.
• Vercel — to host this website and process requests to it.

These providers process data as our processors, under their own security and data-processing terms, and do not use your data for their own purposes. We do not share your data with any other third party unless required by law, to protect our legal rights, or with your explicit consent.

Our service providers may store and process data outside your home country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where this applies, those providers maintain their own safeguards for international data transfers (for example, standard contractual clauses). By submitting a form on this site, you consent to this processing.

We retain enquiry and booking data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, maintain a business record of the engagement, and meet any applicable legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirement. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see "Your rights" below), and we will do so unless we have a legitimate reason to retain it, such as an ongoing engagement or a legal obligation.

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, or request a copy in a portable format.
